Privacy policy
Camille Studio is a desktop program. Your games, your bots and your analysis stay on your computer. This page lists the few things that do leave it, and what this website records.
What the app sends
- Licence activation. When you enter a licence key, the app sends the key together with a device identifier derived from your hardware to our activation server. This is used only to count activations and to issue your licence certificate. No name, email or game data is sent.
- Update checks. An activated copy proves it holds a valid licence when it checks for updates. The proof contains your licence certificate and a device key, nothing else.
- Your own AI. If you connect Camille to an AI assistant, the data that assistant receives is governed by that provider’s terms, not ours. The connection is off until you turn it on.
The app has no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising.
What this website records
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for a short period for security.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when a page loads.
- Video links open on YouTube. We use the privacy-enhanced embed, and YouTube’s own policy applies once you play a video.
- There are no analytics scripts and no cookies set by us.
Purchases
Checkout is handled by the payment provider named on the order page, which acts as merchant of record. It collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and licence key so that we can answer support requests and reset activations.
Support email
When you write to camillesoftware@gmail.com, we keep the exchange for as long as needed to help you, and we do not share it with anyone.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask for your activation record to be removed, by writing to the address above. Deleting an activation record means the licence can no longer be reset.
