Terms of sale
These terms apply to every purchase of Camille Studio made through camillechess.com. By buying a licence you accept them.
Who is selling
Camille Studio is sold by Việt Hằng Vũ, an individual seller based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is the same name the installers are digitally signed with. Contact: camillesoftware@gmail.com.
What you are buying
A licence for Camille Studio, a desktop chess application for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). The price is $25, once. There is no subscription, no account and no recurring charge. The licence covers the version you buy and every update within the same major version, published as signed packages.
Payment
Payment is taken by the payment provider named at checkout, which acts as merchant of record: it charges your card or PayPal account, applies VAT or sales tax for your country, and issues the receipt. Your licence key is delivered by email right after payment, and the download is available on this site at any time.
Licence
- The licence is personal and non-transferable. It is for your own use, on computers you own or control.
- A licence key holds a limited number of activations. A reinstall or a new machine uses one; if you run out because of a reinstall or a dead drive, write to us and we will reset it.
- Once activated, the licence is perpetual and works offline. The app never needs to check in again.
- You may not resell, rent, share or publish the licence key, and you may not reverse-engineer the software or remove its licence checks.
- Bots, training packs and other content you create with Camille Studio are yours.
Refunds
You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as described on this site. We fix reported defects in updates and answer support requests by email. To the extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for indirect losses, and total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply.
